Led by real-world experience

Carely is led by people who understand caregiving not just professionally, but personally. “

Gayatri “GK” Kesavamurthy – Founder
Caregiver to her mother. Daughter. Advocate.

GK brings the perspective of someone who has navigated care in the U.S. for a parent whose first language and cultural reference points were shaped elsewhere. She understands how quickly trust can be lost – and how powerful it is when care feels respectful and aligned.

She built Carely to give families what she wanted for her own: clarity, flexibility, and caregivers who treat home like home.

Our caregivers

Caregiving is hard work, and not everyone is suited for it.

We’re thoughtful about who we invite into a family’s home. We don’t hire everyone who applies. We look for caregivers who show patience, good judgment, and respect – not just availability.

Background checks matter – but how someone behaves in-home matters even more. That’s why we stay involved after care begins.

We take time to understand:

  • Language preferences
  • Household routines
  • Modesty, faith, and cultural considerations
  • Personality and comfort levels

Families aren’t left to manage problems alone, and caregivers aren’t left unsupported. If something doesn’t feel right, we step in and help resolve it.

Our commitment

Carely is not a marketplace. Our leaders don’t disappear after hiring.

We stay involved, listen closely, and adjust quickly – because care is a relationship, not a transaction.

If a caregiver isn’t the right fit – whether it’s language, personality, comfort, or routine – we handle it quickly and respectfully—no awkward confrontation. No repeating yourself. We take care of it.

If something doesn’t feel right, we fix it. If needs change, we adapt. If a family needs guidance, we’re here.

That’s the kind of care GK wanted for her mother – calm, dependable, and handled without drama – and it’s the standard we hold ourselves to every day.

Caregiving taught me that families don’t need promises – they need someone who listens and adjusts.”
